Born and raised in Ukraine and now based in the South of France, I bring over 12 years of experience in the superyacht industry, progressing through senior onboard roles including Chief Stewardess and Purser before moving into Yacht Management.
Having worked on private and charter yachts up to 107m, I have extensive experience in crew recruitment, financial administration, compliance, owner reporting, guest services, and yacht operations. My background both onboard and ashore provides a deep understanding of the needs of yacht owners, captains, and crew.
Drawing on my industry experience and strong network of trusted professionals, I founded Riviera Yachting Services & Solutions to deliver practical, reliable, and personalized support to the global yachting community. I am also the founder of Yacht Stewardess School Ukraine, established in 2017 to help aspiring yacht crew launch successful careers in the industry.

Born and raised in Ukraine and now based in the South of France, I bring over 12 years of experience in the superyacht industry through senior onboard roles, yacht provisions, and crew recruitment. I spent five years in Tivat, Montenegro, where I gained strong operational knowledge of yacht life and the needs of owners and captains.
My experience covers private and charter yachts, crew management, financial administration, guest services, compliance, and logistics. I have also worked with one of the largest yacht provisioning companies, strengthening my expertise in onboard supply and operations.
I am the founder of Crew Mess, a community supporting Eastern European crew in yachting.
I joined Riviera Yachting Services & Solutions to bring my hands-on experience and international network into a structured support service for yacht owners, captains, and crew worldwide.
